Transportation from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) to the hotel will be provided by Toyota. Once you have collected your luggage at baggage claim, look for a representative with a Toyota sign for your transfer to the Hotel Dover. Your driver will be dressed in a black suit, white shirt, and black and yellow tie. 

If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact Laura Haggard at 913.486.2165 for assistance.  

The drive from DAL to the hotel is approximately 45 minutes. The drive time from DFW to the hotel is approximately 30 minutes. The driver will provide bottled water for your journey. 

A reservation has been made in your name at the Hotel Drover for the event dates above. Upon arrival, please check in with the hotel. Toyota is paying for room and tax; the hotel will require a credit card to cover incidental charges.  

After checking in with the hotel, please proceed to the Boots & Bunkers Hospitality Suite located in the Vaquero + Terrace. Grab lunch and a hand-crafted cocktail while you pick up your Welcome Packet and learn all about the activities of the week.  

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM, we will do our best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival. Hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM. Should you need a late check-out, please let the team in the Hospitality Suite know and they can help to accommodate this request.

Tierra Verde Golf Club in Arlington, Texas, is renowned for its natural beauty and environmental commitment, being the first Texas golf course certified as an Audubon Signature Sanctuary. Opened in 1998, the 18-hole course spans 250 acres with sculpted fairways, sand bunkers, and water hazards, offering a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. Recent improvements, including new Champions Bermuda greens and white sand bunkers, have enhanced the course.  

The Texas Rangers Golf Club in Arlington, Texas, is a unique, MLB-branded course that opened in 2019 after a $24 million renovation. Designed by Arlington native John Colligan, the 18-hole, par-72 course stretches over 7,010 yards and offers four sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The club features a double-ended driving range, expansive practice greens, and a short-game facility. The 33,871-square-foot clubhouse, opened in 2021, includes a full-service restaurant, bar, pro shop, locker rooms, and event spaces with scenic views of the course.

Texas in March can keep you guessing, so be ready for warm days and cooler evenings. On the course, stick to lightweight, breathable golf attire—polos, shorts or pants, and a hat to keep the sun out of your eyes (or that lucky cowboy hat, if you’re feeling bold). Comfortable golf shoes are a must, of course. 

For evening events and whiskey tastings, embrace the Texas vibe! Think smart-casual with a dash of Western flair: jeans or chinos, a nice shirt, and maybe those custom boots we’re giving you if you really want to make an impression. A light jacket or sweater will keep you comfortable if the temperature dips after sunset. 

Bottom line: dress to impress but keep it relaxed and ready for whatever Texas throws your way.
