You will be staying at the Hotel Drover in the Stockyard District of Fort Worth.
What time is check-in and check-out at Hotel Drover?
We will do our best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival. Hotel check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Should you require a late check-out, please visit the Hospitality Suite when you arrive to accommodate this request.
How do I book flights?
After you complete your registration, watch for an email from a representative with our travel team (CTM) to book your flights.
You may fly into Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from DFW and approximately 40 minutes from DAL.
What is the typical weather?
Fort Worth sees highs in the low 70’s and lows in the mid 40s in March. Please visit www.weather.com for up-to-date weather forecasts as your travel dates approach.
What should I pack?
Texas in March can keep you guessing, so be ready for warm days and cooler evenings. On the course, stick to lightweight, breathable golf attire—polos, shorts or pants, and a hat to keep the sun out of your eyes (or that lucky cowboy hat, if you’re feeling bold). Comfortable golf shoes are a must, of course.
For evening events and whiskey tastings, embrace the Texas vibe! Think smart-casual with a dash of Western flair: jeans or chinos, a nice shirt, and maybe those custom boots we’re giving you if you really want to make an impression. A light jacket or sweater will keep you comfortable if the temperature dips after sunset.
Bottom line: dress to impress but keep it relaxed and ready for whatever Texas throws your way.
